About the job

Craft.io is looking for a "jack-of-all-trades" Operations Manager. A self-starter, entrepreneurial, highly intelligent, focused and well-organized individual, who wants to join a fast growing startup and build out the foundations of our operations. The Operations Manager role is mainly to come up with and implement the right processes and practices across the organization. The specific duties of an Operations Manager include formulating strategy, improving performance of various teams and functions, procuring and managing tools to support teams and supporting the management in the overall running of the operations of the company. Ultimately, we’ll trust you to help us remain efficient, growth-focused and compliant during the course of business.

What will you actually do?

  • Ensure all company operations are carried on in an optimized way
  • Support the company management in running the company various governance processes
  • Create, implement and improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
  • Help the organization’s processes support our chances to succeed
  • Formulate strategic and operational objectives
  • Examine financial data and use it to steer decision making
  • Manage budgets and forecasts
  • Find ways to increase quality of work for various functions within the company

Job requirements

  • Proven work experience as Operations Manager or similar role
  • Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
  • Experience budgeting and forecasting
  • Familiarity with business and financial principles
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Leadership ability
  • Outstanding organisational skills
  • Degree in Business, Operations Management or related field
