About the role

This position requires an individual who is analytical and data-driven in their decision-making process, well versed in demand generation best practices and marketing technologies, has a high level of understanding of content-generated marketing, and is assertive about new approaches to optimization possibilities. What will you actually be doing?

  • Build and manage a high-powered acquisition engine to fuel Craft.io growth.
  • Own creation and execution of the paid acquisition demand generation strategy.
  • Lead multi-channel acquisition campaigns including SEM, display, social, ABM, and content syndication channels.
  • Own and execute media planning and budget allocation.
  • Identify opportunities across all stages of the customer lifecycle to drive awareness adoption, activation, and retention by implementing new tactics, running optimization tests, and improving campaign performance.
  • Exceed goals for pipeline development, conversions throughout the customer journey, and sales booking targets.
  • Analyze and report on the impact of demand creation activities on sales pipeline and bookings.
  • Work closely with product marketing, content marketing, and sales to ensure message optimization and cross-functional alignment.

Job requirements

  • Strong analytical skills, data-driven decision-making, and technical ability.
  • 2+ years of experience in SaaS marketing and demand generation and a proven track record of success.
  • Proven excellence in relationship-building and collaboration.
  • Excellent judgment and creative problem-solving skills, including negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
  • Excellent writing, communication, time management, and project management skills.
  • Experienced in working with marketing and analytics tools such as HubSpot, LinkedIn, Google Analytics, G data studio.
  • Excellent spoken and written English
