About the Content Manager role

We’re looking for an experienced content writer, a veteran in creating content for B2B Saas companies, who will be able to create content and execute a marketing penetration strategy. Our ideal candidate is someone who can write effective copy for our product and marketing materials, and to also develop strategy and manage freelance copywriters.

What will you actually do?

  • Compose and edit all craft.io product and marketing materials
  • Hire and Manage copy freelancers
  • Play a key role in the Craft branding process and positioning.
  • Become an expert in the Product Management software space. Know our competitors and learn where we can beat them.
  • Develop and implement a content strategy for Craft.io - both inbound and outbound channels.
  • Manage our social media presence on the web.
  • Take the initiative and remain flexible - this is a start up after all :)

Job requirements

  • Must have English writing skills at a Native-level
  • Experience as a content marketing manager/brand manager - a huge advantage
  • Familiarity with writing for Saas product - an advantage
  • Familiarity with technical writing, creating help centers, white papers, etc - an advantage
  • Technical approach, ability to learn complex Saas products
