About the job is looking for a superstar Account Executive with a proven track record of success in global software sales. A self-starter, entrepreneurial, highly intelligent, focused and well-organized individual, who wants to join an early-stage startup and build out the foundations of our sales team. The ideal candidate will join our growing team bringing with them a strong background in selling SaaS to Mid-Market and Enterprises businesses. You should have experience navigating a full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through negotiation – exclusively via web-meetings. You should be comfortable with both inbound and outbound activities through all means of communication e.g. phone, email, chat, web-conferencing etc.

What will you actually do?

  • Manage the full sales cycle, including contract negotiation and other deliverables for closing deals in International markets.
  • Lead a consultative sales engagement, diving deep into a prospect’s business challenges, advising on impactful solutions while demonstrating ROI and long-term strategic value
  • Become a product expert and deliver customer-tailored demonstrations to interested prospects via web-conference.
  • Become an expert in Product Management Software, learn how to position and educate prospects.
  • Run a thorough qualification of customer needs and requirements
  • Execute sales activities and contracts working with other team members and leadership.
  • Manage pipeline and documentation in Hubspot
  • Maintain weekly sales forecast and achieve quarterly revenue quotas.

Job requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of international software sales experience
  • Proven Track record of consistent over-achievement with commitment to a process- driven sales approach
  • High level of organization and the ability to work multiple critical opportunities at once
  • Outstanding communication and people skills – Remote, written, and face to face
  • A personality that thrives in a team environment.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced sales cycle and dynamic environment
  • Native English or at mother tongue level -Must
  • Understanding/working knowledge of Product Management - a plus
